What the Web Edition does

  1. 01

    Firestop clash detection

Our clash engine locates every service that passes through a fire-rated wall or floor. It works from predefined rules and decision logic, so the same model always gives the same, consistent result.

    • Pipes, ducts, cable trays and conduits
    • Walls, shafts and floors with their fire rating
    • Every unique position counted once
  2. 02

    Data checks before you clash

A clash list is only as good as the model behind it. Orange Button checks the architectural and MEP models for the information firestop depends on, and shows you what is missing.

    • Fire rating, thickness and material per construction
    • Diameter, material and insulation per service
    • A checklist report you can send back to the modeller
  3. 03

Review by group or by floor

Go through the results per type of clash, or floor by floor on the plan, and decide what goes into the quotation.

    • Inspection by group
    • Inspection by floor plan
    • Building storeys and floor plans set up for you
  4. 04

    Compliance Checker

Fire safety depends on distance: between installations, between openings and around multi-service penetrations. The Compliance Checker measures it automatically instead of by hand.

    • Distance checks between openings
    • Spacing within multi-service penetrations
    • Flags what needs attention before it reaches site
  5. 05

    From clash list to quotation

Save and export the clash list, or send it straight to Orange Button Office where every clash gets a certified solution and a price.

    • Clash lists ready for quotation
    • One click to Orange Button Office
    • Export for your own tools

Questions

What is a firestop clash?

A firestop clash is a place where a service, such as a pipe, duct or cable tray, passes through a fire-rated wall or floor. Each of those openings needs a tested, certified firestop solution.

How are clashes counted?

Each unique clash position counts as one clash. The first 200 are free; above that the price per clash drops as your volume grows.

Do I need Autodesk Revit?

No. The Web Edition runs entirely in your browser. The Revit Edition is there for teams that already model in Revit and want the OneClick apps.
